Hi. I have contacted MajesticBank but I am not getting any replies. Both clearnet and tor sites seem to be up for me. An alert banner has been set, if we get no reply in 24h time, we will be labeling MajesticBank as scam.
It took 18 hours to get my funds. Avoid this no sense slow processing site.
10k Exchange stuck since a couple of hours. Its unfortunate since I am in a hurry. Like previous people said: this exchange is not automated. Maybe the info should be updated to clarify this because currently it says ‘automated exchanges’. Hoping someone of the support will read this soon to resolve. Thank you guys!
Update: 28 hours after blockchain confirmation the exchange has completed.
Sharing the procedure for others, so they know what to expect:
After around 23 hours the Support had replied to my ticket “Sorry for delay, give us few moments please”. 4 hours later they asked after refund address which I immediately provided. Around 1 hour later the exchange was completed (no refund was made).
Conclusions:
- Not all of their exchanges are automated (I assume for smaller amounts they are automated)
- You have to expect considerable waiting times.
- Completion of exchange does not always seem to be guaranteed (since they offered me a refund).
- They are NOT scammers. (most important)
At least there is no KYC which we should all be happy about. I will use them again if I am not in a hurry. And even though it took long, I want to say a general thank you to Majestic Bank for offering this service, which might be not easy to operate. Keep it up!
I’m surprised by the other comments here saying that trades get stuck for hours. I’ve been using Majestic for a long time and literally never had that happen.
What amounts were you exchanging? Maybe only big amounts are processed manually? For small amounts my exchanges were also automatic.

Using this service for half a year, sometimes with significant sums. On their website they stated that their exchange is automated, but in fact 8\8 times my exchange was processed only after i wrote support and received their response so i can make a conclusion that their exchange not automated at all. Usually waiting times was 2-4 hrs depending on how fast support will come online. Yesterday (15.07) i sent them about 7k usd to exchange btc to xmr about 23:00 by UTC +1 and as for now - 10:40 (16.07) i still didn’t get my coins and support wasn’t online yet.
In terms of Trust, no KYC politics and exchange volumes - service is good. In terms of exchange speed - awful.
As for now, 6h passed since my original post, i still didn’t got my coins. Support answered me in tg with “Few moments please” 2h ago and after this message they again went offline. Meh.

I don’t try to hide anything. As I already mentioned, we rate the privacy-friendlyness, trust, and anti-KYC practices of the services. The slow service has nothing to do with this, since MajesticBank has always been solving the user issues and completing trades (very slow, but they do…). I have increased to -4, but I still think that user experience is not what we rate here, and for this there are the user comments, the attributes and so.
Used to work great but stopped working a couple of weeks ago. When doing XMR –> BTC, I keep having the message “Something went wrong. Try to generate new circuit or get back to homepage”. Support is very slow and unhelpful.

Majesticbank is not majestic and it is not a bank. Once I swapped with them and the funds came in tainted. Luckily I was able to get rid of it.

Our coins are clean, but because some chain analysis companies might flag them anyways we encourage users to reach out by opening a ticket on the website or to reach out to our support staff on Telegram (https://t.me/majesticsupport) and we’ll swap out the coins you got from us for different coins.
Half the time swaps at Majestic will take way longer than expected. Multiple times I had to actually contact their support just to get the swap going. I abandoned using their services after multiple issues. You can see they are having a bad time because they release their volume on their website and it is always shrinking. A bad sign! Should have treated customers better!

Transaction completed in approximately 12 hours, but I received far less than what was mentioned I will receive :( Verdict: So far so good. Know that the transaction will take much time, also know you might receive less than you are supposed to receive. They took about 28$ from a bit over 600$ transaction.

I did an XMR to LTC transaction. After some hours of saying funds received and processing, it changed to funds sent with a transaction ID. Problem is the transaction ID is not a valid LTC transaction ID. I opened a support ticket more than 8 hours ago. No response so far. Also, having to go through Telegram to get action on support is not good for an exchange that is supposed to be no KYC.

Hi, this is something that has already happened before to other MajesticBank users. They make use of Litecoin’s MWEB, which is the extension block. This is why the TXID is different, and you can’t search for it. Many centralized exchanges will block MWEB transactions, because their history can’t be traced. I will add a warning about that.
Thank you for the explanation. As you said, seems the exchange the LTC was sent to rejected the fiat transaction. Merchant sent me a screen shot showing failed. Now I’ve lost the LTC. Cannot recommend Majestic Bank. Nowhere did they say they were sending the LTC from an MWEB address or even explained what was going on with the TX ID. Also, not that it matters, but the amount they say was sent is slightly different than what the blockchain shows. Finally, ~24 hours later and no response to my support ticket even though their main page has said “Support status - Online” the whole time.

Overall, a reliable exchange with good liquidity and never requiring KYC. However, transaction times are often slow, so I wouldn’t recommend it if you need a quick swap. Support can be sluggish as well, but they do respond when you submit a ticket. I haven’t tried other ways to contact support.

I personally do not believe that MajesticBank is a scammer, but it appears that something unexpected has happend possibly an arrest, a raid or another unexpected event. At this point, the best action for us to wait patiently for more information.

I regret to inform the community that I am retaking my previous statement and now I believe that MajesticBank exit scammed. This is very unfortunate and damaging to his reputation. Many people have been scammed because of this, and I apologize to everyone who affected.
