No problem. Quick swap and page gave all the info on what was going on. Recommended based on the few times I used them.

Thank you for the explanation. As you said, seems the exchange the LTC was sent to rejected the fiat transaction. Merchant sent me a screen shot showing failed. Now I've lost the LTC. Cannot recommend Majestic Bank. Nowhere did they say they were sending the LTC from an MWEB address or even explained what was going on with the TX ID. Also, not that it matters, but the amount they say was sent is slightly different than what the blockchain shows. Finally, ~24 hours later and no response to my support ticket even though their main page has said "Support status - Online" the whole time.

I did an XMR to LTC transaction. After some hours of saying funds received and processing, it changed to funds sent with a transaction ID. Problem is the transaction ID is not a valid LTC transaction ID. I opened a support ticket more than 8 hours ago. No response so far. Also, having to go through Telegram to get action on support is not good for an exchange that is supposed to be no KYC.
