Have been using them for years. Pretty good little service, they accept monero and have very good pricing. I recommend it over SimpleLogin, which is owned by Proton. Little personal advice for proton users: don't put all your eggs in the same basket.

I did several swaps and all went fine, good they offer many pairs, even on BSC. Never had any issue with them so far.

Pretty good idea, love to pay for LLM API with Monero, I have been recommending this to close friends. Hope some UI and documentation was better, and pricing was a bit clearer, but I assume this will improve over time :)

Good aggregator service. I have been using it to find the best fees lately. Also like that it wraps APIs for more private swaps without leaving trocador. Only downside is shotgun KYC with most partners. Don't send dirty coins or you'll (probably) get rekt.

Did a trade after reading the user reviews here and everything went fine. I exchanged BTC for XMR, the trade was very fast. Exchanges are processed manually, but the risk I think is the same as with any automated exchange.
