| Majestic Bank | Using this service for half a year, sometimes with significant sums. On their website they stated that their exchange is automated, but in fact 8\8 times my exchange was processed only after i wrote support and received their response so i can make a conclusion that their exchange not automated at all. Usually waiting times was 2-4 hrs depending on how fast support will come online. Yesterday (15.07) i sent them about 7k usd to exchange btc to xmr about 23:00 by UTC +1 and as for now - 10:40 (16.07) i still didn't get my coins and support wasn't online yet. In terms of Trust, no KYC politics and exchange volumes - service is good. In terms of exchange speed - awful. | APPROVED | 0 |
