same here....
my 2 mastercards are blocked and no refund, try to contact the support serveral times but nothing happens... seems like scam!
deposited funds to a master card credit card, did a transaction of around 10USD after few days tried again to use the card and it seem that it doesn't exist anymore in their system, after contacting their support they claimed that the mastercard is not supported and I should open visa and the funds will be refunded to the new account, so after issuing the new card and charging it with money I waited few weeks and it seem like the refund still hasn't arrived, tried to contact them again in the chat but no one seem to respond.
We are tired of dealing with behavior like this. Your refund of $40.80 was already processed a week ago.
Our support team confirmed this, as shown here: https://ibb.co/3mnfjgQ3
Today, you requested another refund and then posted this review only 10 minutes after contacting support. What exactly are you trying to achieve? Another refund? That is not how this works.
you are lier, and the fact that you preferred to ban the account (after intimidating that youll do so) instead of coming towards resolution and mutual understanding proves that. I have screenshots of both the transactions history provided by you, and the merchants. so as I outlined here exactly the discrapancies so its a real scam by now. for everyone out there reading this - deposited total amount of around 150 USD, was able to use and spend around 40 USD before all this nonesense, be aware and don't fool yourself, I guess scamming people this way is very profitable business...
Not sure what calculations you are making here, but feel free to share your complete transaction history just like we are doing: https://ibb.co/WpGxD7d2
According to your own statements, you still have $40.80 remaining on your Mastercard and your account balance shows $0.12.
Total balance: $40.92.
Your $40.80 refund was already processed over a week ago and confirmed by support: https://ibb.co/3mnfjgQ3
Today you contacted support asking for another refund and then posted this review roughly 10 minutes later without waiting for a response.
If there is genuinely a missing transaction, post your full transaction history and let everyone see the numbers. But asking for another refund after already receiving one makes no sense.
The refund was processed a week ago. The money is already back on your card. If you believe something is still missing, show the transactions instead of making accusations.
wow, there's amazing addition to this story just now. while posting this review I contacted again their support in the chat, after some delay they responded that the refund processed. I calculated what I have in the new visa and it doesn't seem to match the refund. before even had a chance to reply the platform seem to not working. Iam looking at the URL and see get param with something that seem like account suspended. obviosuly tried to login again using my credentials (in a new incognito as the original wouldn't even load) and they say "Invalid email or password. Please try again."
was able to login again using the forgot password, but the numbers still don't add up. deposited in total 99 in the visa card. spent 72. old card had 40. current balance 51. should be (99-72)=27+ 40 = 67 putting aside that also seem like one of the merchant charges seem to not processed (they marked the invoice as void) while on solvocard it seem to be deducted. Ill let the crowed try to help me figure out the numbers here...

Iam not sure I want even to deal with you by now or justify myself, you keep locking me out of the account like its systematic way of extortion people to just give up on the bad review in exchange of some small portion of the funds recovery
so as the account is banned (I didn't expect anything other than that with such people) I can just do the full public service and show all the proofs: the transactions history according to solvocard: https://postimg.cc/QVz5VWFF it backs up the numbers provided earlier. the transactions as accepted by merchant: https://i.postimg.cc/28S4FC7f/prood2.png
so as anyone can see the total number of spending (around 61, the last one is from the previous blocked mastercard) is far from the total deposited (100 in visa, 50 in mastercard), but I guess by now you can see their attitude as well. and for solvocard, even if youll bring back the funds I won't fully remove this review, warning people from thieves that built such a systemic way to scam people is just obnoxious
Let's stay on topic here.
You publicly stated that we did not refund you and that support did not help you. The evidence shows the exact opposite: your $40.80 refund was processed over a week ago and our support team responded to you at that time.
Now, instead of discussing the actual transaction history and balances, you are making accusations about account access and extortion.
I think you are confusing your current Visa card balance of $51 with your account balance, where the $40.80 refund was already credited more than a week ago. These are separate balances, which appears to be the source of the confusion regarding the missing funds.
If there is genuinely a missing transaction, please share the complete transaction history so everyone can review the numbers. We have already provided evidence that the refund was processed and that support responded to you more than a week ago.
The issue being discussed here is whether you were refunded and whether support helped you. The answer to both questions is clearly yes.
you are just a joke, you promised to freeze the account and you did it and now you telling its accusations? its pure scam be aware people no platform will threaten to block account and than do it if they were descent... big part of the scam is exactly this, making those accusations against the users and operating huge amount of probably low labor people to present it like there is some kind of support and not just a system to extract something from users whether its a 30%, 40% who knows probably on case per case basis they try their best
You can make any accusation you want, but the facts remain unchanged.
You publicly claimed that we did not refund you and that support ignored you. We have already shown proof that your $40.80 refund was processed more than a week ago and that support responded to you at that time.
Every penny is accounted for.
Your own screenshot confirms that your Mastercard balance was $40.80. You also mentioned having a Visa balance of $51. This is why we believe you are confusing your current Visa balance with your account balance, where the refund was credited.
If funds were genuinely missing, you could simply share your complete deposit history, transaction history, and current balances so everyone could verify the numbers. Instead, you continue making accusations while avoiding the actual figures.
You now accuse us of freezing accounts, extortion, scams, and fake support operations. None of these accusations change the fact that the refund was already processed over a week ago, which directly contradicts your public claim that we never refunded you.
You stated that support did not help you. We have shown that support responded. You stated that you were not refunded. We have shown that you were refunded. Those are the facts.
At this point, every transaction appears to be fully accounted for. If you believe otherwise, please provide the complete transaction history so everyone can review the numbers themselves.
I can't provide cause you blocked the account, if you were confident with the numbers you wouldn't take such measures, again even if you will recover the funds and provide back the account access I would still leave many parts of the review. while Iam sure that the numbers doesn't add up, a bug in the platform is totally acceptable your attitude, blackmail, and all the measures you took to make it harder to clarify things is definitely not acceptable and everybody should be aware what they can expect to deal with.
We have now been going back and forth for quite some time. Earlier, you were able to provide screenshots and details regarding your balances, yet now you claim you cannot provide any information at all.
Throughout this discussion, you have made several accusations, but you have not provided any evidence supporting your claims. At the same time, you continue to dismiss the information we have provided while refusing to share your complete transaction history, deposits, and balances.
We have already shown that your $40.80 refund was processed and credited more than a week ago. Your own screenshots also confirmed the remaining balance. Every transaction appears to be accounted for.
At this point, there is little value in continuing this back and forth. You claim that you were not refunded, while we have provided evidence showing that the refund was issued and that support responded to you.
For that reason, we consider this matter resolved and will no longer respond to these repeated accusations without supporting evidence.
We wish you the best.
in the image you provided: https://ibb.co/WpGxD7d2 there was total of ~250 USD deposited. the first mastercard that you cancelled charged with ~50, spent 10 -> 40 got stuck in it. the second got charged with ~100 as I posted here https://postimg.cc/QVz5VWFF. so far everything is according to what your platform stated. two transactions each of 24 made on the new card which should leave it with 51 - that is correctly shown in the new card balance. just before you froze the account I could also see that the account balance included 40. so to summarize: total deposited to solvocard: 250 total spend using solvocard: 24+24+13= 61 account balance: 40 new visa balance 51
61 + 51 + 40 != 250
tell me where the calculation went wrong
the careful observers can see that its not a small discrapancy that can be explained by fees or anything like that. thats 100 USD difference than what the total balance should be shown on solvocard yet not appearing anywhere (maybe solvocard can show a proof where it does shown). but not only that its also the 51+40 which are not accessible now that they froze the account which brings us to almost 200USD of lost funds. great business model if you ask some people... solvocard I don't expect anything by now besides another evasive respond but if you still want to give your best show where the discrepancy outlined spend/went to...
and for the moderators reading this, ask them to provide the balance sheet of the cards as well not just the account (which the funds there used to charge the cards), and lets see how they will be able to explain total spending of 250 or whatever was there before they suspended the account.
I would strongly warn people to be extremely careful with SolvoCard.
Separate from my own refund issue, there are multiple red flags with this company and how it operates. Their own legal pages are confusing: their Terms of Service say SolvoCard is a Seychelles-based company registered under TivoLabs LTD, but their Privacy Policy says SolvoCard is a United States-based company, and their Terms also refer to disputes being handled under United States law. For a company handling user funds, that lack of clarity is very concerning.
They advertise “no hidden fees” and a simple crypto card experience, but in practice the platform has fees that are not clearly presented during normal use, including deposit/card/top-up style costs. Their own Terms also say crypto deposits are non-refundable, which is a serious issue when cards stop working or balances become inaccessible.
The dashboard itself is extremely buggy. My Visa card is showing as failed, the card does not work, and support has been unresponsive. This is despite SolvoCard publicly claiming that their Visa and Mastercard products are fully operational.
In my experience, SolvoCard’s marketing does not match the actual customer experience. The platform feels unreliable, the support is poor, the fee structure is not transparent enough, and there are serious questions around who the company actually is and what legal protections customers have.
I would not recommend depositing money with SolvoCard. There are too many red flags, and if something goes wrong, you may be left chasing support with no clear answer and no access to your funds.
I normally don’t do reviews, pretty sure this is my first one ever lol, but I had to for SolvoCard. Literally the best no KYC card provider by a long mile, and trust me I’ve used a lot of them. The card just works. Never had any problems with deposits, payments, random declines or any of that bs.
They reply quick asf and actually help. Big ups to the team, hope you guys keep growing because you deserve it.
They canceled one card still no refund then terminated second card still also not refund But funds are removed or blocked supprt no answer since some days be aware potenncial scam
They are not transparent with their fees. I had the visa and the Mastercard and on both there are fees deducted from the payments that were not told in the beginning. And it seems they themselves even have no idea about it. And this additional to the 2% fee from payment by the crypto provider.
Sometimes Support is quick, sometimes they just not reply and they seem to have no idea about their products.
Hello, all fees are displayed before you create a card. There are no additional or hidden fees beyond what is shown.
Please note that every non-USD transaction, especially those made with a Visa card, is subject to an exchange rate determined by Visa and the card issuer. These exchange rates can change each time you make a transaction, as there is no fixed FX rate and the value of the USD fluctuates over time. (the Mastercard EURO is better for international payments)
Please note that support chat response times can sometimes be longer than usual. As it’s currently the summer period, we are experiencing a higher volume of inquiries. Unfortunately, we’re not always able to respond to every chat immediately, but we do our best to assist everyone as quickly as possible.
Bro it is your card and you don't tell the user that there is a fixed charge with fx fees and you just don't communicate it. There is always at least 0.50$ deducted additionally for every payment + % a further fee for "cross border transactions". And what's now with the Mastercard why do you charge 0.40€ for every transcation even if it is done in €? Do you now also blame Mastercard for that?
So, instead of leaving an honest review based on your actual experience with our service such as the ease of use, instant deposits, and the fact that our cards work as intended you chose to leave a 1-star review because you missed the information clearly stated in the yellow notice.
As explained, the Visa card has a 2% FX (foreign exchange) fee, also known as a foreign transaction or cross-border fee. The Euro Mastercard does not have an FX fee and only charges a one-time authorization fee of €0.40. After that, there are no additional fees. For example, if you deposit €100 and spend €100, your total cost is just €0.40.
We’re sorry you feel this way, but we do not believe this review fairly reflects the service we provided. We strive to offer a smooth user experience, reliable cards, and responsive customer support.
It’s also worth noting that we are not a bank, yet we work hard to provide better cards and support than many of our competitors. Unfortunately, it seems that in this case, our efforts were not enough to meet your expectations.
It is crazy that your words are straight up lies.
Your card works, yes. You charge fees, you do not communicate, yes and that's the only thing I criticise. Why don't you tell that the charge of FX fees is at least 0.50$?? It is nowhere communicated and this is the thing I criticised on the Visa if you could have read.
And it is crazy that you still don't know your fees. The Mastercard has an Auth fee every transaction and not every depostit. So even if I spend 1€, I have to pay additional 0.40€. You claim it was stated on the website where it cleary said FX/ Auth fee, so why should you mention FX if it is a fee for every transaction? Btw, when not logged in it says no FX fees. So what is true now?! Can you please do your job? Who cares if you are a bank or not.
OVERALL - DON'T TAKE PART IN THIS IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE SURPRISED.
Mastercard fess listed are incomprehensible and they charge 0.40€ every transaction (not every deposit) - Even their support told me there was not such a fee. Unfortunately I cannot prove this as they don't store support history and the transcription download does not work. They say I would have talked with a bot, if that was a bot, it is crazy prompting and still their problem. If they have a bot, it should know the fees. Visa has 0.50$ minimum for every cross border transaction which is only communicated as 2% fee (static 0.50$ is not 2% lol)
In the end they cancelled my credit cards because I told them it is bullshit what they do here. Good thing: They promised to send back the available funds, let's see if they really do. Bad thing: They don't refund the 2x 99$ costs for the credit cards although I could not even use them for a week and although they lied regarding the fees.
Don't trust them bros
so even if you spend 10 euros you have a 0.40 fee! It means an additional 4%, this is huge!
DO NOT TRUST Solvocard with your money.
I created a crypto virtual card with Solvocard and spent a significant amount through their platform. Recently, it appears that all Solvocard Mastercards were cancelled after their card issuer pulled support, leaving users unable to access their funds.
In my case, $204 USD is still missing. For multiple days, Solvocard support repeatedly told me the money would be returned to my account “the next day”, but that never happened. They have continued to delay without providing a proper solution or a clear timeframe.
Based on my experience, Solvocard is extremely unreliable and I strongly recommend avoiding them. Do not deposit or spend money with them unless you are prepared for the risk of losing access to your funds.
No idea where you got this information from, but it is simply false.
We have an active Mastercard EUR card and an active Visa USD card, both fully operational. This is not a matter of opinion or speculation it's a fact.
If you require a refund, contact our live support team and they will assist you accordingly.
What is concerning is that you're presenting completely inaccurate information as if it were factual. Before making public claims, please take a moment to verify them. Spreading unverified and false information only misleads other users and creates unnecessary confusion.
Why are you lying SolvoCard? Your USD Mastercard stopped working for all users and all money on those cards is still frozen. You just added new EUR Mastercard. You also send all users an email about it which I include below. I received it 2 days ago stating money will be refunded "by the end of today" and I still haven't been refunded.
"Dear Valuable Customer,
As you may have noticed, the Mastercard USD card has unfortunately been discontinued.
We want to assure you that all remaining balances will be returned to customers by the end of today. This is a large-scale operation involving many accounts, which is why the process has taken some time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
SolvoCard remains fully operational, and we are pleased to offer alternative card solutions to meet your needs:
Visa USD Card – A free virtual USD replacement card that can be created instantly and used for online purchases, subscriptions, and international payments. Mastercard EUR Card – Our new euro-denominated card, designed for everyday spending across Europe while also supporting international transactions wherever Mastercard is accepted. If you need assistance, our live support team is available to help. Due to a higher-than-usual volume of inquiries, we kindly ask that you describe your question or issue in full when opening a chat. This helps us assist you more quickly and efficiently.
All other SolvoCard services, cards, deposits, withdrawals, and account functions remain fully operational and unaffected."
This is not false information or speculation.
Your own support team confirmed in my ticket that there was an “ongoing issue with the Mastercard API” and that you were working to restore it. My Mastercard was cancelled while it still had funds on it, and I have repeatedly asked for my money to be refunded or transferred.
Proof of the support ticket and my repeated requests is here: https://ibb.co/gLPCCmCP
I have also asked multiple times in your Telegram chat. Telling me to “contact live support” is not helpful when I have already done that repeatedly and still have not received my funds back.
You can say the cards are operational now, but that does not change the fact that my card was cancelled, my funds became inaccessible, and my refund has not been processed. Please stop trying to make this look like misinformation and return the money owed.
Let's separate the facts from the narrative being presented here.
You were informed that the legacy Mastercard program was being discontinued and that a replacement Visa card could be created free of charge. The same notice also explained that any remaining balance on affected Mastercard accounts would be refunded.
Support acknowledged that there was an issue affecting the Mastercard program. That is not in dispute. What is inaccurate is the claim that support was dropped, that users were abandoned, or that funds became permanently inaccessible. Refunds have been processed throughout this transition and the overwhelming majority have already been completed.
You have been in contact with support and have received responses regarding your case. The fact that your refund has not yet been completed does not mean it is being withheld, nor does it mean the funds have disappeared.
We are dealing with thousands of affected accounts and a significant volume of refunds. Unlike many providers in this space, we chose to refund users directly out of our own funds rather than require everyone to wait for the card issuer's settlement process to conclude. We were under no obligation to do that, but we did so because it was the right thing to do for our users.
A delay of a few days is understandably frustrating, but presenting it as though funds have been lost or support has disappeared is simply not an accurate representation of the situation. The reality is that many platforms faced with a situation like this would go silent, stop responding, go offline, run away, or tell users to wait for the issuer. We did the opposite: we communicated the change, remained available through support, and began refunding users directly.
Approximately 99% of eligible refunds have already been completed. The remaining cases are still being processed, including yours. A short wait does not change that fact.
Why do you even lie in first place if it was clear to you that multiple accounts are affected and that you cannot keep your promise?
What a legends are these guys, they replace the Mastercard that got discontinued for free. And now they also have a EURO card, which is better for me because I don’t have to pay fx fees anymore.
Update to my previous comment regarding SolvoCard:
SolvoCard processes payments through Heleket, which is operated by the same team behind Cryptomus: a company currently under investigation for facilitating transactions linked to CSAM, terrorism financing, and other serious illicit activity.
I deposited a total of $1,500 across two different currencies. The funding sources were b1exch and wagyu.
Heleket has refused to issue a refund, claiming my funds are "blocked" despite the fact that I ran an aml scan beforehand and confirmed my AML score was clean. No legal order has been presented to justify withholding the funds.
At this point, the responsibility falls on SolvoCard. You've chosen to integrate with a payment processor that has a documented reputation for freezing user funds without legal basis. The right thing to do is either pressure Heleket to release my deposits or credit the equivalent amount directly to my SolvoCard account.
Customers deserve better than being caught in the middle of a shady processor's practices.
Hello,
If you choose to leave a review, please ensure that it is honest and accurate.
The wallet you used to send the funds has been flagged across the industry for involvement with stolen or compromised funds. As a result, we cannot allow our services to be used for money laundering or the movement of illicit funds.
Aside from this issue, Heleket is a reputable and reliable payment processor. We process more than $1 million per month through Heleket and have not encountered any other customers whose funds were held under similar circumstances.
That said, AML (Anti-Money Laundering) decisions are ultimately made by Heleket. We recommend contacting them directly, as they have the final authority regarding the review and release of funds.
Additionally, our policies clearly state that we do not accept funds originating from mixers. Given that we support more than 15 cryptocurrencies, there was no need to send funds from a mixer wallet other then trying to hide the source of the funds.
Responsibility for complying with these requirements rests with the sender.
Kind regards,
So far great! Really like the app! Seems that they don’t respond with in app messages. Instead I need to email them. Only one big complaint is that the fee becomes around 6% due to there 3rd party deposit processing.
Generally speaking, it works, BUT READ THE TERMS OF SERVICE before signing up. I have already paid 99$ just for the card, then topped it up additionally more than 120$ to make an an online payment, which unfortunately got rejected. After contacting the support (very quick to respond!), they told me that it's probably because of a ToS violation. Which was true, I wanted to purchase an xxx site subscription, but adult content is apparently forbidden (why tho, if it's nothing illegal in European countries and US?). And since there are NO REFUNDS, I just made another purchase from a local store and that worked (3DS worked fine too!), and donated the rest to some open source projects.
I wanna give 3 stars because of the shitty/restrictive ToS, but I'll give 4 stars because of quick support response and cuz it generally works.
Also, the password reset link doesn't allow me to create a new password, but at least I can log in.
Not very cheap, but it did allow me to buy the item I needed to buy.
Honestly didn't expect much but this thing just works. Loaded it with Monero, had a card in like 2 minutes. Been using it for Netflix and a few other subs, zero issues so far. Support was helpful when I had a dumb question too. Pretty solid.
Google pay verification code is not coming so can't add the card to Google pay. I created 2 support tickets 8 days ago and they are still unanswered.
Hi,
The verification codes are not sent by SMS or email. As explained on our website, when adding your card to Google Pay and verification is requested, you need to go to your card page and click on “WALLET OTP” located above the Google Pay logo.
If an OTP code has been generated, it will be displayed there.
You can also contact live support and we can provide the code manually if needed. Please keep in mind that OTP codes expire within a few minutes, so timing is important during the verification process.
We apologize if your support tickets were missed and appreciate your patience.
I tried both options in Google pay to send the code to sms and email and after clicking on "WALLET OTP" I just get error "Unable to fetch activation code. Please try again." or "No code available". Here you answer in 1 hour but my support tickets are still unanswered.
Understood, and yes, sometimes there can be an issue where the OTP code does not display correctly.
That’s exactly why we recommend using live chat support for wallet activation issues instead of support tickets. OTP verification codes expire very quickly, so by the time a ticket is answered the code is usually no longer valid.
Our live support team can provide the code in real time within seconds while you are adding the card to Google Pay, which makes the process much smoother.
We do apologize for the delay on your tickets and appreciate the feedback.
Quick customer support, clear fees and FAQ pages. Now offering physical cards, they even gave a pre-order discount and gave customers a partial refund if they ordered before the discount went live.
Been using solvo card for a few weeks now and I’m genuinely impressed. I originally got it because I wanted a simple no KYC card I could top up with crypto, especially Monero, and it’s been way smoother than I expected.
Google Pay worked instantly for me, which made daily spending super easy. I use it pretty regularly for online shopping, food, subscriptions, and even travel stuff, and I honestly haven’t had any problems so far. Payments go through without issues and the limits are more than enough for normal use.
One thing I really appreciate is the support team. Anytime I had a question, they replied fast and actually helped instead of sending generic responses. That alone makes a big difference compared to a lot of other crypto card services.
Overall, Solvocard has been reliable, easy to use, and stress-free. If you’re looking for a privacyfriendly crypto debit card that actually works day to day, I’d definitely recommend giving it a try.
Hi, solvocard seems to be a pretty decent service! There is something wrong I noticed though, did someone experience it: When you make a deposit, there are 3 amounts: Amount, Paid, Credited
From Paid to credited, you'll find the advertised 4%. BUT, from Amount (what you actually send), and Paid, there is 2% fee.
That means total fee is 6%.. is there a way to avoid that extra 2% ? With 4%, solvocard is a pretty good service, with 2%, a bit less...
Thanks!
Thank you for your feedback and for using our service! The additional difference you noticed comes from our current payment processor, Heleket, which applies its own spread/processing fee on top of our standard fee.
We are actively working on integrating alternative payment solutions to reduce overall costs while ensuring user funds remain secure. For larger deposits (>5k), we already offer alternative methods that bypass these extra fees.
We truly appreciate your support and are glad to hear you’re enjoying the service overall!
amazing, yeah to make the card is kinda expensive but worth every penny.
Nothing but good words for SolvoCard. Support is ultra fast, never had any issue using the card online or in stores.
I’ve been using SolvoCard now for 2 weeks as a daily card. I never had a payment declined ever and top-ups are instant.
Did transactions between couple of $$ to thousands I never had any issues. My biggest payment was via Google Pay in-store for 3k.
Overall I recommend SolvoCard I really believe they can justify the card price.
Keep it up!

I am very happy with my card. Had a little issue topping up but customer service was on the ball with me sorted it out straight away. I believe these guys will do well. Very easy to use aswell keep up the good work.
Services like these seem too good to be true. Specifically, Paywithanon, Paywithmoon, and SolvoCard seem like scams. In fact, I’m almost certain of it. There are a lot of red flags: the length of time they’ve been in operation, their creation date, and the positive reviews all seem suspicious. Could anyone share their (real) experience with this type of service or with SolvoCard specifically?
This is the must absurd review, your haven’t used our service and still accusing us and even leaving a 2 star review. This review smells like a competitor not liking our platform.
Our minimum card deposit is $5 no other platform matches that, we did that so users only need to deposit what they are going to spend. Ps. We asked kycnot.me to remove this false and fake review.
That's not completely true. There's a $99 card creation fee. The minimum deposit required to be able to spend has to be more than that.
I have nothing against the service. It has a great utility value and I like it. But, use it only if you can afford it. And if I may, I'd suggest "Support at SolvoCard" to be a bit more friendly to negative comments.
Here's the supporting evidence for the fact that SolvoCard charges a $99 card creation fee. However, it's not mentioned anywhere on the main homepage. But it can be found on their "How It Works" webpage at (https://www.solvocard.com/how-it-works) under "Common Questions" section. It can also be verified by logging into your account and depositing crypto and then creating a new card will cost $99 for each new card.
Here's the quote from "How It Works" webpage at (https://www.solvocard.com/how-it-works) under "Common Questions" section:
Is there a minimum deposit amount? We recommend depositing at least $30 to cover card creation ($99) and have some balance left for top-ups and purchases.
This is incorrect. On our homepage, there is a clearly visible section outlining both the card fee and the deposit fee. Across all other pages, the card fee is also displayed prominently.
Before a user creates a card or makes a deposit, all applicable fees are clearly presented in advance, ensuring full transparency before any action is taken. To date, we have not received any complaints regarding unclear or mislabeled fees. Throughout both the website and the dashboard, fees are consistently displayed in a clear and noticeable manner to avoid any confusion.
We are focused on serving a specific customer base that uses our cards for everyday needs. We do not cater to scammers or abusive users, which is reflected in our $99 card pricing. We are also among the few providers offering instant deposits, along with support for Apple Pay, Google Pay, 3D Secure, and premium BINs.
Fast issue and deposit. Card and the system works without any issues, I’ve spend around 4k until now.
I’m waiting for Apple Pay to be available so for now 4 stars. Overall satisfied with the platform and support.
Have two deposits stuck by their ridiculous AML policy. Waiting for Solvo to resolve and will update if then.
There is nothing “ridiculous” about AML checks. We will never allow our platform to be used to process stolen, mixed, or otherwise illicit funds.
To clarify, we do not directly control deposit processing. Deposits are handled by our payment processor, Heleket. The vast majority of users do not experience issues, but in your case two deposits were blocked on 2 different chains, which is highly unusual and has never happened before.
We have already asked Heleket to refund the funds. Legitimate users have nothing to worry about, but transactions flagged for serious AML risk will not be processed.
Your other deposits were processed without any issue, which clearly shows the problem is not with our platform.
Fast deposit and instant card creation. The card works very well in the UAE.
For now no issues
Fantastic service, completely anonymous. Includes the option to pay with XMR and all major Cryptos.
Works as advertised.
Super helpful staff, almost always instantly available.

“I have been using SolvoCard for some time and my experience has been positive. The card activation process was fast and smooth, and the integration with Apple Pay and Google Pay worked without any issues. I appreciate that the service operates without KYC requirements, offering both privacy and convenience. Customer support responded promptly and professionally. Overall, the service delivers what it promises and operates reliably
Added context: This review appears to be part of a cluster of positive ratings submitted by freshly created accounts in a short time window.
I've only been using them for a few days, but so far, things are going pretty well. Deposits, both via Heleket and to a fixed USDT/USDC address, and top-ups have been quite fast. And the card (Mastercard Euro) has worked without any issues for both online and in-person purchases (add to google pay is very easy). In fact, I've been able to use it at places where other types of cards weren't accepted.
Problems: The actual fees, if you add all, exceed 6% (the 2% heleket fees is not client problem) , and it’s not self-custodial, so you should have as little as possible. It would be much better if you could top-up one card directly by sending USDT/USDC, o better LN, to a specific address.
