If there is genuinely a missing transaction, post your full transaction history and let everyone see the numbers. But asking for another refund after already receiving one makes no sense. The refund was processed a week ago. The money is already back on your card. If you believe something is still missing, show the transactions instead of making accusations.

Earlier, you were able to provide screenshots and details regarding your balances, yet now you claim you cannot provide any information at all. Throughout this discussion, you have made several accusations, but you have not provided any evidence supporting your claims. At the same time, you continue to dismiss the information we have provided while refusing to share your complete transaction history, deposits, and balances. We have already shown that your $40.80 refund was processed and credited more than a week ago. Your own screenshots also confirmed the remaining balance. Every transaction appears to be accounted for. At this point, there is little value in continuing this back and forth. You claim that you were not refunded, while we have provided evidence showing that the refund was issued and that support responded to you. For that reason, we consider this matter resolved and will no longer respond to these repeated accusations without supporting evidence. We wish you the best.

You can make any accusation you want, but the facts remain unchanged. You publicly claimed that we did not refund you and that support ignored you. We have already shown proof that your $40.80 refund was processed more than a week ago and that support responded to you at that time. Every penny is accounted for. Your own screenshot confirms that your Mastercard balance was $40.80. You also mentioned having a Visa balance of $51. This is why we believe you are confusing your current Visa balance with your account balance, where the refund was credited. If funds were genuinely missing, you could simply share your complete deposit history, transaction history, and current balances so everyone could verify the numbers. Instead, you continue making accusations while avoiding the actual figures. You now accuse us of freezing accounts, extortion, scams, and fake support operations. None of these accusations change the fact that the refund was already processed over a week ago, which directly contradicts your public claim that we never refunded you. You stated that support did not help you. We have shown that support responded. You stated that you were not refunded. We have shown that you were refunded. Those are the facts. At this point, every transaction appears to be fully accounted for. If you believe otherwise, please provide the complete transaction history so everyone can review the numbers themselves.
