Generally speaking, it works, BUT READ THE TERMS OF SERVICE before signing up. I have already paid 99$ just for the card, then topped it up additionally more than 120$ to make an an online payment, which unfortunately got rejected. After contacting the support (very quick to respond!), they told me that it's probably because of a ToS violation. Which was true, I wanted to purchase an xxx site subscription, but adult content is apparently forbidden (why tho, if it's nothing illegal in European countries and US?). And since there are NO REFUNDS, I just made another purchase from a local store and that worked (3DS worked fine too!), and donated the rest to some open source projects. I wanna give 3 stars because of the shitty/restrictive ToS, but I'll give 4 stars because of quick support response and cuz it generally works. Also, the password reset link doesn't allow me to create a new password, but at least I can log in.
