Seychelles-based non-custodial crypto aggregator routing transactions to third-party providers. Features automated transaction risk monitoring, mandatory IP checks, and partner-triggered KYC.
Third-party exchange partners monitor transactions via KYT systems and may suspend or freeze funds if flagged as suspicious or if KYC verification fails.
Transactions sending dual-nature coins (e.g., Zcash, Dash) from shielded addresses are unsupported and result in permanent, irretrievable loss of funds without refund.
Users from the US, EU, UK, and sanctioned regions are prohibited from using the service. IP addresses are monitored and VPNs/proxies to bypass blocks are banned.
Unexecutable fixed-rate swaps are refunded by third-party partners where technically feasible, minus partner fees, taking up to 10 business days to process.
LetsExchange provides a non-custodial interface; actual token swaps, price rates, custody, and asset handling are performed entirely by third-party providers.

When I've used Letsexchange, the funds I've received have had a better reputation than on other similar services. Their rules are stricter, but it might be worth it. Other services with a worse reputation are less restrictive, but they can taint my coins (bad experience). Although the fee is lower, it's not worth it, it depends on each case. I want to clarify that while their funds’ reputation isn’t bad (although sometimes it’s a bit poor), it’s nothing to write home about.
hi,im asking here since i dont know where else to ask. how does one check the reputation of the funds got from an exchange? im entering the space just now thanks!
Delays in transactions, issues with customer support response times as i seen from others.
Added context: Rating has been disabled, since the user has not tested the service himself.
I may not agree, I contacted support service, they resolved my issue in 15-20 minutes.
Funny how most complaints come from people who never actually used the service. Maybe try a real swap first before leaving dramatic reviews just to game the ratings.
I did used them and further I have used over 50 wanna be service before also, and I’ve noticed how some of them deceive people with fake KYC, fake AML, false Terms of Service, and by freezing users funds etc. My mission is to expose these practices and warn others. Are you offended by that?
I only use this service when I need to swap a rare coin or a rare network, otherwise, it's better to use no-KYC exchanges. However, for small amounts with a clean history, this is a great choice. DYOR
