Terms of Service Review

LetsExchange is a non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange aggregator. Trades are executed by third-party providers who may freeze funds and demand KYC based on automated transaction monitoring.

Third-party risk

LetsExchange acts as an aggregator. All exchanges are processed by third-party providers who hold your funds and can independently freeze transactions, require KYC, and apply their own terms.

Automated transaction scanning

Third-party providers monitor transactions (KYT software). Triggers include unusual patterns or the use of untraceable cryptocurrencies. Providers can freeze funds indefinitely if KYC fails.

Shielded transfers lost

For dual-nature cryptos (like Zcash or Dash), sending funds using shielded addresses or protocols that obscure the source will result in permanent, irretrievable loss without a refund.

VPN usage prohibited

The terms explicitly forbid using proxy servers, VPN services, or other IP-masking technologies to bypass geographic restrictions or misrepresent your jurisdiction.

Delayed refunds

If a fixed-rate transaction cannot be executed due to market conditions, the third-party provider may issue a refund (minus fees), which can take up to 10 business days.

When I've used Letsexchange, the funds I've received have had a better reputation than on other similar services. Their rules are stricter, but it might be worth it. Other services with a worse reputation are less restrictive, but they can taint my coins (bad experience). Although the fee is lower, it's not worth it, it depends on each case. I want to clarify that while their funds’ reputation isn’t bad (although sometimes it’s a bit poor), it’s nothing to write home about.

Delays in transactions, issues with customer support response times as i seen from others.

I may not agree, I contacted support service, they resolved my issue in 15-20 minutes.

Swapuz

Funny how most complaints come from people who never actually used the service. Maybe try a real swap first before leaving dramatic reviews just to game the ratings.

I did used them and further I have used over 50 wanna be service before also, and I’ve noticed how some of them deceive people with fake KYC, fake AML, false Terms of Service, and by freezing users funds etc. My mission is to expose these practices and warn others. Are you offended by that?
