Been a frequent customer of Bitrefill for 4 years and it has been by far the most pleasant gift card selling company I have interacted with. First of all they have excellent prices compared to their competitors. Their support is friendly and responsive, only have had to interact with them once or twice due to delivery issues in their partners end and those issues were solved promptly. Never had any funds frozen or anything like that despite using mixed btc in the past so I don't feel like system is overly strict.

Bisq is the perfect way to sell your BTC for FIAT without any KYC and at similar rates as CEXs. It can take a couple of hours to get comfortable with it but once you have everything set up, it becomes easy and convenient to perform trades. Bisq is for people who actually care about privacy and understand that privacy always has a convenience price. Bisq also supports p2p trading of monero <-> btc and in my experience the rates are generally better than those of instant exchanges. Highly recommended.

Trocador is a trustworthy site. I have used their gift card and swapping services tens of times without issues. However I can not give it full five stars because in my opinion they should be more transparent on issues with trading partners. For example it would be much easier for a customer to choose a trustworthy trading partner if they showed a percentage number for how often that trading partner has frozen a swap. Extra warnings should be in place for trading partners who refuse to refund until KYC is provided.
