I used it once, it's what I called light KYC. A bit more convenient and quick than a centralized exchange if you want to acquire crypto with your credit card. Of course they can shotgun KYC you. Interface is simple and clear. There are better similar services tho, I think about dfx.swiss

I played with it a bit, it can be convenient if you're interested in Lightning Network and Liquid. It works as online website. Do not store any significant funds on it. Use it only if you're very lazy there a way better solutions for LN.

It's a reseller, tho the support is nice and fast. You can pay with monero and they don't ask for KYC. I think it's good if you need a little machine anonymously, if you need big reliableserver for heavy charge it's not for you. The UI can be polished.

It's very harsh but you're not wrong. It's a shame because the product is amazing, after digging a lot I think there's not better for atomic SWAP. I reached the basicswap admin about this issue, hope it will change soon.
