Never had a problem with being required to provide KYC, never had to make use of the trocador guarantee to refund confiscated funds, success rate with transfers has always been 100%. When I need to do a quick transfer I will use trocador.

They absolutely do act as a 3rd party exchange provider for exodus wallet. If you search on reddit for this shady exchange under the exodus wallet subreddit you'll see what I mean.
