Funds stuck as the card seems to fail 3D Secure and there is no withdraw functionality on the website. I have contacted support, but they have not answered yet. Deposited ~$200
paid in xmr, got my card and could pay my AI sub, 1 happy customer.
update 2, it seems they had some technical issues. Today they pushed an update. The login token worked again, frozen with instruction to contact support, contacted support, responded within 10 minutes, issue resolved within 30.
I want to add that this was not a KYC related issue. I am happy again and will double down on that 5/5.
I will be updating if future issues arise.
I believe the "technical issue" was that they abruptly lost their card provider. With no-KYC card services, usually this means service closure and loss of funds for the users. I was surprised when they issued a new card for me with the remaining balance! This card does not support Google/Apple Pay, but it works online. Actually impressed.
