I never said that you freeze without a reason I explicitly stated one reason that causes fund loss if deposited to your exchange if the user doesn't want to do kyc

Can't say anything negative about subrose. They put a lot of effort into preserving their customers identity. The only downside of this service is that they are only available in Vienna.

They freeze all your orders if you have interacted with exch.cx If you complete their kyc (which is difficult) they release the funds.
