Card only worked once with Stripe payment gateway, After that no luck.
Hello, We’ve never seen a card stop working after just one transaction. It’s more likely that the second merchant you tried does not accept prepaid cards or balance issue. If you’d like us to look into this further, please contact us by Telegram, Session App or email with your order number.
Card expired already. It worked literally for one payment via Stripe. After that it did not work anywhere. Stripe declined all future charges under different merchants. Same applies to Google/Apple pay.
We have multiple prepaid card products from different providers (each with minimum expiry of 6 months). If you specify which product you purchased, we can test that and it would be useful for other users.
Seems to have stopped accepting Bitcoin, pushing customers to XMR (good) or BCH. Bitcoin was removed from front page, but is still listed in FAQ, so this is inconsistent and confusing. I talked to Crypotomus and they said seller has turned off Bitcoin.
They accept: “We accept Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, BNB, Litecoin, Tron, USDT and Monero.”
