My experience with FixedFloat has been extremely disappointing. If it were possible to give a negative rating, I would honestly give minus one million stars based on my experience. I attempted to exchange TRX for USDT (BEP20), but the transaction was stopped and my funds were held for review. During the process, I was repeatedly asked questions about wallet addresses and the source of funds. From my perspective, the requests went far beyond what I expected for a simple exchange transaction. I understand that compliance checks may be necessary. However, the process made me feel as though I was being treated like a suspect rather than a customer. In my personal opinion, the company acted as if it had authority to investigate every aspect of my crypto activity. Another service I used was able to review the situation and return my funds without creating the same level of difficulty. This experience left me frustrated and disappointed. Based on my personal experience, I would not use this service again.
