After getting them to check and approve my coins pre-exchange, I sent in half the funds and they completed the order without problems. I then went back to their webchat to reconfirm the remainder of the same funds, out of an abundance of caution. Even though they had already checked and even exchanged part of the same funds just 30 minutes before. However, this second time they said my coins were tainted and would be subject to an AML block if I sent them. Thankfully I learned this before exchange so didn't lose any funds. But this proves beyond any doubt that their AML/KYC system is entirely theatrical and a mere pretext for a selective scam for coins and/or for getting people's private data. STAY AWAY!

Multiple times before, even after they checked my coins and guaranteed no issues, they dinged me 5-10% extra on the fees. Their explanation: ' we just said you wouldn't need to KYC, we never guaranteed any rates and your coins were tainted once we received them. ' So this time I had them check my coins again and I also had them guarantee no further fees. But guess what? The order was frozen for KYC and now I've just lost several thousands of dollars because no way am I trusting them with my PII given their trail of dishonesty. I feel stupid for having used the site all after the 2 previous bad experiences with them.
