I recently purchased a phone number from this provider, but faced some issues due to a bad batch of numbers. Thankfully, they provided an automatic refund option which made the process easier. However, when I tried to buy a new one, I discovered that their UK phone numbers were not suitable for my needs. In order to resolve this issue, I reached out to their support team multiple times (5 times in total) over a month ago, but have yet to receive any response. It's not like they're overwhelmed with support tickets either, if you take a look at support tickets number, you'll see that they don't receive many tickets to begin with. Also, I read online about them randomly losing your phone number. I don't want to go into details why, or how it happens, but the fact it happens is concerning. However, the service itself is functional for short-term and temporary needs, but it is not reliable or suitable for anything serious or long-term.
