During my order process, I noticed that their website lacks a contact page, which made it impossible for me to reach out to them. This is an important point to highlight.
Go to “Feedback” and you will find many platforms where you can contact them.
I decided to do a small test transaction on wagg.cc. It’s been over an hour, and I still haven’t received my funds.
After a long wait, the status has finally changed to Completed. My test transaction took nearly a full day, and I believe it was manually approved. For large amounts, I wouldn’t recommend using this service, but it could be worth trying for smaller sums.
In my case it took 20-30 minutes till I received my BTC. I exchanged 1 XMR for BTC. The UI doesn’t show the proper state, but it seems like everything works fine.
Created a test transaction with 1 XMR. The site showed me that 3 XMR is the min. you can exchange, however when I enter 1 XMR it worked. I will update this when I see if the exchange worked.
Payment arrived! Seems like it works fine.
