I have bought various electronic items from shopinbit during last couple of years. Never had any issues with them. Delivery speed has varied quite a bit (from just 3-4 days to 30 days) On average it has taken 1-2 weeks which isn't too bad (my experience is from delivery within EU). Cannot vouch for their premium services as I have not used them but for the web store I give 5 stars as it is the only (to my knowledge) online store in EU that accepts crypto directly. Only negatives I can think of is the horrible search interface on their website, it takes some effort to find what you are looking for.
