- Abuse complaints will get you instantly banned, with no option to appeal. If you had funds in balance they will be gone.
- No option to pay an invoice directly e.g., $5, without refilling your "wallet" first, with sometimes 2X the cost of your service i.e., $10 top up needed, to pay a month of $5 VPS offer - essentially locking you in with bi-monthly payments for such case.

If you are being warned or have your service suspended, we explicitly ask for a statement before we reactivate the service (in case of a suspension).
If your wallet balance is gone and your account is banned, it means that you had a very serious abuse happening, as those are cases that we only hand out for CSAM, botnet C2, multiple serious abuse reports being unanswered and similar situations.

i've been a customer of servers.guru for the past year and almost 2 years, and so far the service has always been professional, and support was always quick to respond, and competent aswell. i've prepaid the dedicated server i rent there for another year, paid in monero, no KYC whatsoever. I'd recommend their service to anyone that needs to rent servers anonymously, all good from my end.
I used this service, it was easy to use but getting SSH access was confusing. Also their crypto payment portal isnt onionized, and their onion sites they do have leak to clearnet traffic. But their overall UI is really easy to use, so 3.5 stars just because onion access is important to me and their current onions are half-assed
Hello thank you for the feedback. Could you clarify what was confusing about SSH ? You receive a temporary password after your order that you are supposed to change. Regarding the onion, we just deployed onion site for the crypto payment as well, so you should now be automatically redirect to the onion payment page if you are coming from the onion control panel or main website.

They're not providing any additional value other than crypto acceptance over the services (some of those above companies even accept crypto) they're reselling from, no IP ownership, no ASN, and no evidence at all of any owned hardware, you can even see the same spec machines for sale on some of the resellers, it's really better than drop shipping.
Some of the companies they resell from are known for shady activities, so you're not even getting more freedom or privacy.

I would give them credit if they were at least upfront and honest about who they're reselling from, which under many country's laws is actually a requirement, as a user must know all the companies that handle their data. If you're going to buy from someone who resells, might as well just go for sporestack, at least they're honest.

We do rent dedicated servers in some location and do our own virtualization stack on top of it which we have never hidden.
This is however absolutely not true for all locations:
Our Netherlands 1Gbps VPS, metered and unmetered ( nodes nl200 -> nl213) are our own hardware colocated with Royale.
We are also colocating our our hardware in Spokane (crunchbits datacenter) for 1Gbps metered and unmetered (discountinued offer at the moment).
We are also in the process of replacing Finland VPS (out of stock for that reason) as well with our own hardware in Helsinki (already there and waiting to be setup).
All in all, this is at best misinformed and i would like you to correct your statement.
Ips are announced with our colocating partners, because yes, you know, that is something you can do. So yeah that's the info you will find....

Most of those threads are from 2024 and our stack and setup have changed a lot since then. Especially in Amsterdam, as, as i said we now run our own hardware. And soon as well in Finland.
