Terms of Service Review
PrivateAlps provides hosting and VPN services with a guaranteed no-KYC policy. Payments are final and non-refundable. They collect minimal data but enforce strict abuse policies.
Strict no refund policy
All payments and wallet top-ups are final. The provider does not offer refunds to the original payment method unless a service fails due to a verified issue on their end.
Minimal data collection
Registration requires only a name (pseudonyms are explicitly permitted), an email address, and the transaction ID of your cryptocurrency payment.
Zero internal access
The provider implements a Zero Trust architecture ensuring that access credentials and customer data are structurally inaccessible to staff.
Swiss jurisdiction limitations
Data will only be handed over in response to an official court order executed by a competent judge or magistrate within the jurisdiction of Switzerland.
Tor exit nodes allowed
The acceptable use policy explicitly permits operating Tor exit relays, provided they do not exceed monthly bandwidth limits.

Comments
The platform is easy to use, performance is reliable, and the pricing is reasonable for what you get.
FYI: They are just reselling PrivateLayer.
Added context: This comment makes claims without supporting evidence.
Noticed "added context" and that there is no evidence. Ask them for test IP's and you will se that all of the IP's are owned and controlled by Privatelayer.
I moved to PrivateAlps because I wanted privacy-first, independent hosting without the usual “big cloud” friction, a clean in-house panel, and real 7/7 human support when something breaks. It’s not the cheapest option, but it's premium.
I haven't tried it , but would they accept Kali Linux as a distro? It seems suspicious, and it smells like a honeypot.
Added context: This comment makes claims without supporting evidence. And the accusation makes no sense. Rating disabled.
Yes, we can deploy Kali (and many other Linux distributions). Offering a distro option doesn’t make a provider a “honeypot.” If you have any concrete evidence of wrongdoing, share it, otherwise please don’t present speculation as fact.
Best regards, The PrivateAlps Team
I was looking for a host that met certain criteria, XMR payment, auto-deployment, and a strong focus on privacy for my blockchain project, and I'm definitely not disappointed. So far, everything is going well, and the interface is smooth. +rep
I'm a new customer, I needed support and received a very quick response. They gave me advice on securing my infrastructure, These guys are pros!
I don't doubt their servers are good, but their partners are enough to scare me off
I found this host on Kycnot.me, i tried them, and i'm really happy with the services, support is very friendly and helpful, and look like the website is always evolving with a lot of updates, i recommend this host
Perfect Services if money is not an issue You pay premium, you get premium. Highly recommended.
Used for few project, one of the best offshore hosting provider
Terrible customer support. Paid for a VPS where the VPS panel password reset is broken and support has not resolved the issue for four days with no access to the service. I had high expectation, but considering how expensive it is compared to other providers the support is unacceptable. Will not use again.
