We are waiting for an reply on JABBER. They provided a false transaction ID, the address displayed marks an Capitalized B in the beginning of bc1q (Bc1q). When copied the address displays bc1q. I have checked the blockchain and there is no transaction.

Do I understand correctly that the exchanger transaction was not displayed in the blockchain? I sent over 0.05 btc in exchange for bch and got an invalid tx that doesn’t show up in any explorers
I had a great experience i was in a pinch and really needed Btc-Xmr. It was relatively quick and straightforward.
Added context: User experience does not match rating, so it was disabled.
The UI is terrible. I sent the minimum amount thinking it was the actual amount I wanted to send. When I then added a little amount to reach what I wanted, they say it’s below the threshold and they keep it. Their Jabber address doesn’t work so no way to contact them.
Fucking thieves, man.
Used it the past 4 days to make 8 transactions, each up to 15XMR (to BTC), and it was really working great. No javascript needed (even a banner saying “be careful JS is enabled” on top!). In total I paid a bit less than 4% which seems fair (including mining fees).
