I hold the security deposit for this service and personally tested it. I also had a trusted client who test it aswell. All swaps completed successfully, and their reserve was depleted quickly but was rebalanced after a few hours. I experienced no issues during my swap.
Added context: The author publicly acts as the security deposit escrow for this service.
Swapped some BTC to another coin with the chain option. Took about an hour or so before I got my funds. The longest wait is waiting for my BTC tx to get more confirmation before the swap started. Not sure what would happen if it takes longer than an hour to get several confirmations though. No big issue so far for small swaps. Will probably try it again with bigger volume later on.
UI is very simple but elegant. I faced no problems at all. I exchanged BTC into LTC and the process was smooth, although it was a bit slow because I had to wait for almost an hour, but I think with their fast mode, we can exchange more quickly. I used their Chain mode. Speaking of fees, they were not very high either.
I have used this service severally, I wasn't asked for kyc and swap went smooth. My last swap was USDT to LTC and it took about 60mins to complete.
I recommend this service, just check out the calculator value for receiving coin before swapping.
I exchanged Bitcoin for Litecoin again. After the transaction was confirmed, I received Litecoin within 25 minutes. I sent slightly more Bitcoin than I specified in the exchange, and the service recalculated the received amount. Last time, there was an issue with the received amount not changing in the final exchange, but this time everything is fine. I sent $165 worth of Bitcoin and received $162 worth of Litecoin. Speaking of improvements, perhaps we should consider reducing the exchange time. The agreed-upon 30 minutes isn't much, but it would be better if the interval were shorter.
Used DEX.FO for two trades BTC -> LTC and both transactions performed without issue. Todays transaction took 1hr 1min which id ok for me as there was no immediate rush on the LTC. Will use again but wouldm like to use the FAST option if its available

Made another swap in this platform, this time from BTC to USDT, everything went smooth and fast. I recommend this service.
I’ve made a few exchanges on the dex.fo website. I made the exchange of USDT (ERC-20) for BTC via Chain Mode, which was completed very quickly, much faster than stated in the exchange terms. However, with another exchange (LTC to BTC), I encountered some difficulties, specifically a delay in processing the exchange. As support explained via Simplex, this was due to the BTC network being congested. Overall, I recommend it, but there is still room for improvement. As for suggestions, I would like to see more exchange pairs.
