It's somewhat understandable that the comments may be fake, but perhaps it was done to show that they provide quality services. And indeed, unlike most 'anonymous' services, they really do offer such services here. The advantages compared to others are quite significant. They don't suspend your account immediately or permanently — they suspend it briefly and wait for you to contact them, and if you remove the unnecessary content, your service continues to work. It isn't automatically suspended for good.
DMCA is indeed ignored.

The reviews might be fake or not — nobody can say for sure. I'm here to express my opinion. After looking at the reviews on Trustpilot, I decided to check for myself whether the service is good or bad. So far I've been using it for 2 months.
Fast response to tickets — the owner replies pretty quickly, which is fine for me (of course, if it's not during the night, otherwise you'll have to wait).
If there's any downtime (maintenance), I get a message on my dashboard and by email 3–7 days before the maintenance as well (this is probably standard for hosting, I'm not sure).
Uptime is pretty good.
Most important to me: the founder has his own hardware.
A couple of things — the price is a little expensive, but given that the servers are his personal property, it's understandable.
P.S. The servers keep good performance.

I see you're very active on a couple of platforms. All the reviews are legitimate. I already explained to you about your posts. :)
I dont know if all reviews are fake, but im using his service since 4 months and theres just one down time period for about 15 minutes.
They don't even have an accurate trustpilot score on their website, their trustpilot rating is 4.5 but the site shows 5 star.
All trustpilot reviews are from bulgaria as well, and all within the space of three months, which is completely unrealistic.

I only used this provider briefly, but the experience told me what I needed to know. I ran into an issue with IP geolocation. He had already submitted the update request, but it takes time to propagate — and because I kept messaging him too often about it, he offered me a refund instead.
What's worth noting is that a refund isn't mentioned anywhere in his terms, yet he still gave me one. You just need a bit of patience and a slightly more tactful approach with him — the location fix isn't instant, it just needs time.
He's direct and doesn't sugarcoat things, so if you want hand-holding this may not be for you. But he clearly knows his infrastructure. The slightly higher prices are justified because he runs his own servers rather than reselling, which you feel in the performance and control.
Straight-talking, technically solid, and genuinely his own hardware. If you value substance over small talk, worth it.
I can't lower the prices even if I wanted to, because of my server costs.
