Best exchange I used recently. Such a fast transactions, only 1$ commission and easy-to-understand design. One more + for anonymity and no KYC.
Apparently impossible to use without running the closed source "Utopia P2P" software on your computer.
Low liquidity in Bitcoin, Monero is higher, but not so much. Works perfectly, with low volume. No KYC guaranteed. Tested many times.
24h volume: 0.01116 BTC looks like not many people using it. it takes trade to complete take times. FYI
XMR/USDT liquidity comes and goes, requires installation of some messaging software to create an account and use. Been using for most of this year, no kyc or identification of any kind and funds have not been flagged when withdrawn to other platforms. Fees pretty low, good private choice if you're patient or willing to accept a large order spread
