Have used them countless times without issue. Swaps are very fast XMR only requires one confirmation and the service is great too, refunded funds after I made an error. The website has been for sale for a little while now which is always worrisome but no reason to believe an exit scam is coming. I've done swaps ranging from $200-$1500 zero issues. Hope they stick around long time

I’ve used Coinswap.click 2 times now, for Bitcoin, Monero and Bitcoin Lightning. It’s been a pretty good experience, for small amounts it usually confirms very quickly, and larger amounts ($100 or more) usually confirms within an hour.

My only complaint is that the UI feels very basic, like a website from the Satoshi era.

Swapped btc lightning to btc and in less than 5 minutes I got a confirmation and shortly after the funds. It was really simple and easy.

Didn't need KYC, sure it doesn't have an onion site but you can still connect to tor or use a VPN for added privacy.

Personally I didn't understand much the rates and it would be nice if it told you in a better way what they are, that's my only "complain" and suggestion for them to add

I wouldn’t label them as scammers, but their customer support is quite poor. I had to wait over a week to get my funds returned. Additionally, I found references indicating that other users have experienced similar delays. I wouldn’t recommend using this service for large amounts, as their support response time is very slow if any issues arise.
