The owner of BitMixList is notatether, who is a very reputable member of Bitcointalk forum. I have visited the Onion and clear net domain names of the site and both of those domain names are working pretty well.
I used the letter of guarantee checker and trust the information presented on this site. The owner is a well-known and trustworthy Bitcointalk user.
It's a good directory. I use it, and the owner personally checks every service.
