THIS IS A SCAM!
I started noticing the fees and costs, which seem OK.
I made a deposit via BTC and exchanged it for USD.
I tried to create a card, but was unsuccessful.
Then I saw that the price of the card had changed from 25 USD to 69 USD.
I went back and tried to exchange again from USD to USDT to get out of there.
But this transaction has been pending for two days.
This used to be a good service, but now it has became a total scam. Deposited and exchanged funds did not appear on a balance. This happened twice. Support is not replying, so a consider this service a scam and do not advice anyone using it anymore.
My funds have been stolen, it's been 2 days since the support came online. I can't get a hold of anyone, no one responding to emails, no one responding to chats.
This platform is a scam.
On June 25, 2026, I deposited around 40 USD worth of USDT (TRC20) into my.bingcard.com. After some transactions showed as completed, I tried to convert USD back to USDT, but the order remained stuck in "Processing" status for many hours and never completed.
I contacted their AI support, but they kept saying they have no information about processing times and refused to help. My account balance now shows 0.00, and I am unable to withdraw any funds.
This seems to be a typical scam tactic — they let some transactions complete to build trust, then deliberately block conversions and withdrawals. I strongly recommend everyone avoid this platform.
