Scam confirmed, I did contact them through multiple accounts, they write everywhere back instantly just not on the account where I can not use my balance anymore, strongly advice against using this service.

lol yeah 1:1 same story for me, deposit possible, withdraw not possible, card ordering possible, card top up not possible, first time they answered fast and told its an API error, and they are fixing it "right now" and everything should work in 30 minutes. After that I never got an answer again. Moderators please mark this service as scam, in case they wont solve that issue asap.

Most likely scam, first deposit, top up and even spend worked, wanted to add money to the card and did a deposit on the account balance again. After that the card top up did not work anymore, they told they had API issues that are solved now and they will add manually, that was 3 days ago, since then I contacted them via live support and mail, still no answer from them.
