They are only reachable via telegram and they did reconcile the transaction. So it is not a scam. However all the hustle and waiting is not worth it. Prefer to use other exchanges.

This seems to be a scam. I initiated a swap, send the coins instantly. After 30 minutes the timer stopped the countdown and the swap still says: "Waiting for deposit". The transaction has over 60 confirmations now and the swap is still "waiting". They claim to have support 24/7 replying withing 4 minutes, but it's a lie. Their chat does not load at all (neighter in a tor browser. nor in chrome or firefox without tor). I sent a support request via the webform (after 20 minutes of nothing happening, 10 minutes before the countdown finished) and later (after at least 3- minutes) via an email (same as I provided in the webform) and haven't got any response so far. The refund address was provided so either I should have already received the swap or the refund. To me this looks like a SCAM. AVOID at all cost.
