On the success rate: that percentage is calculated from orders in the last 24 hours for that specific country and service combination. If nobody's ordered that country and service in the last 24 hours, it defaults to 100% since there's no recent failure data, not because it's guaranteed to work. We get why that's frustrating, especially after trying it across multiple countries and platforms with no luck. We'd genuinely love to improve the UI and overall experience, and feedback like yours helps with that. Created an anoymous account. Tried to create Google accounts with it. Unsuccessful many times until I found the right combination of device, IP and country phone. All the times that SMS was not received or Google did not let to use the number, I could refund easily. Also was able to create a Signal account. I haven't used the long-term orders but everything went fine so far.

They were solid so far. Their refunds worked everytime the verification didn't go through. And usually when I try another country, I get the verification code.

I don't understand why smspool is badly rated, no email required, tor works, never had a problem paying with monero, sometimes sms don't arrive but it's rare and as far as i can tell it's the same for all services ?on smspool refund is easy and the interface is clear compared to other services like crypton which has nothing to offer most of the time with a buggy website, they're far ahead

I just [personally tested the service again](/service/smspool#verification-steps), and it worked fine for me. In my test, one number was rejected, but after trying a different number I was able to receive the SMS and complete verification successfully. It may be an issue with that specific number or service route rather than the platform as a whole. Could you try contacting them at support@smspool.net and report back on how they respond? That would help clarify whether this was a one-off issue or a broader support problem.
