Update (no way to edit original comment or change rating unfortunately): Their support ended up reviewing and reinstating my account. For the future, I hope they're more thorough with abuse reports, and more informative to customers. My reviews were harsher than needed but it is stressful to experience for a larger website.

"Very serious abuse notifications" that they don't actually verify the legitimacy of, when I asked for any sort of explanation or proof they starting ghosting my ticket. If you use them, and anyone wants to take your website down, it's unbelievably easy, and support will not help you (not even a refund!) Honestly appalling that they're listed as "Verified" on this website, it's not reflective of a normal user's experience. Admins really need to reconsider this listing.

If you do one thing in your life, PLEASE never, ever, ever use this god awful "service". They WILL suspend you for absolutely no reason, with zero notice or ability to respond first, locked out from transferring, etc. Namecheap or Cloudflare are more friendly options, hell I would rather register on GoDaddy. Complete scam.
