The first time I swapped on Pegasus, my transaction went through in under two minutes. I was blown away. I started turning to them for my swaps. I did various small amounts in the mid-hundreds with no issues. Then, I did a $5,000 swap today, and it has been stuck for four hours. My deposit to their address has over 200 confirmations but nothing was sent to me. It just says stuck. I contacted support, and they said they would issue a refund. I have waited, and I still have not received it. Please, I need this money back. After the initial email support replied to me, they have made no other reply to my messages.
