Account creation was disabled only for a few hours due to a bug. As soon as we realised, we fixed it. The claims of not wanting new users to get 30% off make no sense, if we really wanted to do that, we'd just disable the offer, and keep account registration open.

The OS showing as not installed is likely due to Kyun being unable to detect the installed OS, as we use qemu guest agent for that. This could be for a variety of reasons, one possible reason being that the server was powered off for an extended period of time, so Kyun was unable to detect the OS.

There is no good reason to force the user to do a trade through the admins. If the user wants to, they can choose to use an admin (eg Aillia) as the mediator for the escrow.
