You're right that if theoretically 3 people were to send 3 swaps for the exact same pair and the exact same amount at the exact same second it would be a problem to tell them apart. We're nowhere near the level of volume where something like that could happen though. But we acknowledge the importance of rotating addresses and plan to implement them very soon.

Sometimes our bot doesn't detect an order in time. Due to our strict no-log policy, everything is deleted once the timer runs out. However, if the customer raises a ticket or contacts us in our Telegram group with their TXID we have issued them a refund every time. We're fixing it. We have refunded everyone who raised a ticket. We're a new exchange built from the ground up, please bare with us.

North Korea). - Crypto address is only shared for the bot to complete your swap. None of the information, including the order page, is stored. All is immediately discarded the moment the swap has been completed or expired.
