If all swaps use the same address, and 3 people try to swap the same amount and currencies, how do you tell them apart?

Sometimes our bot doesn't detect an order in time. Due to our strict no-log policy, everything is deleted once the timer runs out. However, if the customer raises a ticket or contacts us in our Telegram group with their TXID we have issued them a refund every time. We're fixing it. We have refunded everyone who raised a ticket. We're a new exchange built from the ground up, please bare with us.
