Hey. Lots of people here have serious complains about your service. If you want to show you are not a SCAM I suggest you fix your problems and start replying to Support tickets - rather than yelling back at us..

Three more days and several attempts to top up my card. Constant error-messages and no replies on the support tickets. I am loosing patience and have now downgraded to two stars. To bad cause this used to be a good service..

Three more days and several attempts to top up my card. Constant error-messages and no replies on the support tickets. I am loosing patience and have now downgraded to two stars.

I have used them for a while now and have mixed experiences: Positive: 1 Card works more flawlessly than other services. In my experience this is due to that their cards are accepted for subscriptions. Many online services are labeled "subcription" even though they are not. Other cards do often not work for subscriptions. 2 A good GUI with 3D secure codes showing directly there. Negative: 1 I had one card blocked for no obvious reason. The balance on this card has not been transferred back even though they stated they would do that. 2 It was also stated that since my card was blocked I could issue a new for free. This was not the case. I was charged $99 and have not been reimbursed. 3 Fees are not clearly stated. The numbers on the "transactions" panel does not add up correctly. 4 When I try to top up my card i usually get the message "Unable to top up card. Please try again". Quite annoying. I have to try several times. Suddenly it works. 5 They do not reply to support tickets.
