Mullvad suggests Amnezia VPN obfuscation for their WireGuard connections [1], but if I understand correctly, basically all WireGuard servers support that because using a vanilla WireGuard configuration in Amnezia VPN clients limits obfuscation methods to backwards-compatible with vanilla WireGuard. More on the AmneziaWG protocol [2]. specifically about obfuscation for vanilla WireGuard servers, in short: only Jc, Jmin and Jmax parameters are backwards-compatible, they just send a bunch of junk to confuse DPI before establishing a connection [3]. Might be slightly outdated as messages are from 2023, maybe AmneziaWG improved since then. Mullvad also supports xtls (VLESS Reality xtls-rprx-vision) on some bridges [4].
