I'm extremely disappointed with SolvoCard's service. A few weeks ago, our card was hacked and the entire balance was stolen. When we contacted customer support, they assured us they would reach out to the bank and get our money refunded. That was two weeks ago. Since then, absolutely nothing has happened. No refund, no updates, no real communication. When we try to follow up, support simply doesn't respond anymore. It feels like we've been left completely in the dark after losing our money. For a financial service, this level of security failure combined with such poor customer support is unacceptable. If your card gets compromised, you'd expect quick action and clear communication — instead, we got silence. I would not recommend SolvoCard based on this experience. If you're considering using this service, be aware that in case something goes wrong, getting help — or your money back — may be extremely difficult.
