Support volume is high so spammy or aggressive followups are filtered automatically. It's worth noting all negative feedback on this listing comes from brand new accounts that appeared within hours of each other, which raises obvious questions. Meanwhile, we continue serving real users every day without issue. If you're a genuine user with a genuine issue just reach out to us and we will help like we always do. False reports and smear campaigns won't affect our commitment to privacy and access.
